Room Rates
All room rates include our extensive breakfast buffet.
For bookings and billing within the Max Planck Society, no VAT or city tax is charged on the room price.
For all other stays, in addition to VAT, the city of Berlin also imposes an overnight stay tax of 5% of the net fee for the stay (excluding ancillary costs, such as breakfast). Professional overnight stays are no longer exempt from the tax as of April 1, 2024. All taxes are already included in the displayed prices.
