Staying at Harnack House
Accessible rooms are available both at Harnack House and in the guest house.
Breakfast An extensive breakfast buffet with specialty teas and coffees plus freshly pressed orange juice is included in room rates.
Check-in/Check-out Guest rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests must check out by 11am.
Children up to the age of 6 can stay in their parents’ bed free of charge.
City Tax In Berlin, a tax is levied on paid overnight stays in accommodation establishments. The amount of the overnight stay tax is 5% of the net charge for the accommodation (excluding ancillary costs, such as breakfast). Professional overnight stays are no longer exempt from the tax as of April 1, 2024.
Leisure In summer, our guests are free to use our gardens, including the sun loungers and table tennis tables. Paddles are available from reception.
Left luggage facilities are available free of charge at the cloakroom.
Parking is provided in front of the House and is also available in the vicinity.
Pets are welcome in our buildings. Please contact reception to discuss this before arrival.
Room cleaning: We only clean rooms during your stay upon request. If you wish for room cleaning during your stay, need new towels, or similar for the next day, please contact our reception by 9:00 PM at the latest. Room cleaning is not offered on weekends.
Restaurant/Bar: There is no public restaurant in the Harnack House, but we are happy to make recommendations in the surrounding area.
Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi and eduroam connections are available free of charge throughout the building.
